North Van Basement Waterproofing collects contact and project details you submit through forms so the brand can respond to your request. A valid submission is stored server-side before the website reports success. A notification may then be sent to the brand inbox.

What we collect

Form fields include name, phone, property address, optional project details, source-page and campaign attribution, a submission identifier, and brand-contact consent. A honeypot field may be present to reduce automated spam.

How we use it

The information is used to respond to the property request and understand how the website request was reached. The form records provider-sharing consent as false. Information is not shared with another business unless you later give separate permission. Personal form fields are not sent as Google Analytics event parameters.
